❓WHO: Whilst I know the question of ‘who’s your ideal client / customer’ feels a little over-done at this point, I want you to look at them in a new way. Whilst demographics are sometimes relevant, they’re rarely beneficial when it comes to knowing what content to create for that person – so instead of thinking about them practically, think about your future listeners on a personal level.
❓WHAT, aka the format. Put simply, the format of your podcast defines what your episodes will be like. My biggest encouragement at this point is to get creative with your format.
